I recently came across a company that travels to Europe and their #1 point on their “Safety and Security” page says that take utmost caution to not advertise that they are from America. I’m baffled by this. Watch my rant and tell me if you agree or not!
At SaWUSA we take great pride in being awesome AMBASSADORS of the USA when we travel. We want to make the World a better place by interacting (as Americans, not as random unknowns so as not to offend anyone) with people from other cultures. We believe that the opportunity to be what others think about when they think about America is really cool- and a huge responsibility. We want to get to know other cultures, share differences and similarities, and make new friends! Our goal is for our athletes to grow personally and have a greater understanding of the world through International sports travel. We think this is all very awesome. I know I’m a better person because of my travels. I hope many of our travelers can say the same. WE ARE NOT HIDING THE FACT THAT WE ARE AMERICANS!
